1. Acceptance and scope

By using our website or requesting any shipping service, you agree to these terms. If you have a signed service agreement with the company, its provisions prevail in case of conflict.

2. Scope of service

• We provide: Time Scheduled Delivery, Door To Door, Cash On Delivery, Direct Mail Distribution, Inter-Branches Mail Cycles, and Unaddressed Mail Distribution.
• Pickup and delivery windows and the type of vehicle are agreed at booking.
• Geographic coverage is confirmed with you at the time of the order and may vary by service.
• Delivery times are estimates unless a specific time is agreed in writing.

3. Client obligations

• Provide accurate and complete recipient details (name, address, phone). The company is not liable for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect details.
• Pack the shipment properly and securely for its nature and transit time.
• Declare weight and contents accurately. The company may inspect and weigh shipments and adjust charges to the actual weight.
• Attach the waybill or shipment details clearly to the package.

4. Prohibited items

• Hazardous, flammable, explosive or chemical materials.
• Illegal goods or goods whose transport is prohibited under Egyptian law.
• Cash, currency and jewelry, unless under a specific Cash-on-Delivery agreement.
• Perishable goods, unless pre-approved by the company.
• The company may refuse any non-compliant or suspicious shipment and hand it to the competent authorities where required.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We collect the shipment value from the recipient at delivery and remit it to the customer on the agreed schedule.
• If the recipient refuses the shipment or payment, it is returned to the customer, who bears shipping and return charges as agreed.
• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the COD amount recorded on the shipment.

6. Pricing and payment

• Shipping rates depend on weight, distance and service type. Fuel or additional surcharges may apply and are disclosed in advance.
• Invoicing terms (weekly, monthly or on collection) are stated in the quote or service agreement.
• Late payment may incur a late fee as set out in the agreement.
• A free quote is an initial estimate; the final price is set after the shipment details are verified.

7. Delivery attempts and undelivered shipments

• We attempt delivery to the recipient’s address. If delivery fails, we contact the recipient and the customer to decide the next step (re-attempt or return).
• Shipments that can be neither delivered nor returned within a reasonable period may be handled according to applicable policy.

8. Liability and claims

• The company is liable for loss of or damage to a shipment while in its custody, up to a maximum of the declared shipment value or the limit agreed in the contract or waybill.
• The company is not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit.
• Damage or loss claims must be filed within 7 business days of the expected or actual delivery date, with proof of the shipment’s value and condition.
• The company is not liable in cases of improper packaging, incorrect customer details, prohibited items, or force majeure.

9. Common delivery terms

• As a rule, our core service is door to door. The terms below apply only if agreed in writing in the contract:
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): the seller or shipping provider bears transport costs, risk and local fees until the shipment reaches the final destination door.
• DAP (Delivered at Place): the carrier delivers to a specified location; the buyer unloads and handles final local clearance if applicable.
• FCA (Free Carrier): responsibility passes to the carrier once goods are handed over at the designated sorting or pickup facility.

10. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, major accidents, government decisions or road closures.

11. Changes and governing law

• The company may update these terms from time to time; updates take effect when published on the website.
• These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
