• Shipment number (AWB): when you enter it on the tracking page, we use it only to look up the status of your shipment.
• WhatsApp and phone: when you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, we see your number and the content you send so we can respond.
• This website has no user accounts and does not collect payment details.

3. Cookies

• We use a single functional cookie named lang to remember the language you chose (Arabic or English). It lasts one year and you can delete it from your browser settings at any time.
• This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

4. Third-party services

• We load fonts from Google Fonts and styling/icon files (Bootstrap) from jsDelivr. These providers may automatically receive your IP address and browser details while loading, subject to their own privacy policies.
